Data Deletion (Self‑Service)

Thai Myanmar 2D 3D prioritizes data minimization. We provide tools for you to delete your data immediately, and we automatically wipe server data regularly.

What data is used

• Chat Data: Anonymous user IDs and message history (only if you use the chat feature).
• Push Identifiers: Device tokens created by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver alerts.
• Server Logs: Temporary technical logs (IP address, user‑agent) for security.

How to Delete Your Data

You can delete your data instantly without contacting support:

1. Delete Chat Account & History

If you use the chat feature, you can wipe your data immediately:

• Open the Chat section in the app.
• Tap the Delete Account (or Trash icon) button.
• Result: Your anonymous ID and all your messages are immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.

2. Stop Notifications

• Open Settings inside the app.
• Switch notifications Off.
• Result: The FCM token is deleted from your device and you will no longer receive alerts.

Automatic Deletion Policy

Even if you do not take action, our system automatically cleans data:

• 4-Day Chat Wipe: All chat messages are automatically deleted from our servers every 4 days.
• 30-Day Inactivity: If you do not use the chat for 30 days, your anonymous account ID is automatically deleted.
