This Privacy Policy explains how Thai Myanmar 2D 3D (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our app.
1) Information We Collect
- Chat Data: If you use our Chat features, we process your messages and a randomly generated anonymous user ID.
- Device identifiers for notifications: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications. FCM uses a device-specific token (Instance ID) and may process your IP address to route messages.
- Advertising Technical Data: To facilitate high-quality ad delivery and prevent fraud, our advertising partners may collect and process your device's full IP address. This helps verify that ad impressions are genuine and provides more relevant content based on your general location.
- Analytics data: We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app usage and performance. Depending on your device and OS, Firebase may collect app interactions (e.g., screen views, taps, session information), device information, and the Android Advertising ID (AAID) where available.
- No contact information: We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other direct identifiers.
2) Chat System & Data Deletion
To protect your privacy, our chat system is designed to automatically delete data.
- Immediate Deletion: You can delete your account and all your chat history instantly using the "Delete Account" option on the chat page.
- 4-Day Chat Wipe: All chat messages are automatically deleted from our servers every 4 days, regardless of whether your account is active or suspended.
- 30-Day Inactivity Rule: If you do not send a message for 30 days, your anonymous User ID and account profile will be permanently deleted from our system.
3) How We Use Information
- To facilitate real-time chat communication between users.
- To send timely notifications about 2D/3D results and important app updates.
- To monitor performance, diagnose issues, and improve features and reliability.
4) Data Sources (App Content)
The app displays numbers derived from public market index data, including:
- Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)
- Singapore Exchange (SGX)
- Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE/TAIEX)
We are not affiliated with these exchanges or any lottery authority.
5) Third‑Party Services
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Google Play Services — used for notifications and essential services.
- Google AdMob & AdSense: We use these services to display advertisements. To maximize ad relevance and ensure security, these services may process device identifiers and your full IP address. This sharing is restricted if you have opted out of personalized ads or are located in high-privacy regions.
- Google Analytics for Firebase: Used to measure app usage and performance.

6) Advertising ID (AAID)
Where available, Analytics may access the Android Advertising ID (AAID) for measurement. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android settings (Android 13+: Settings > Privacy > Ads > Delete advertising ID). Deleting or resetting the AAID limits its use; basic analytics events may still be collected without the AAID.
7) Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We may share technical identifiers, such as your full IP address, with service providers and advertising partners (including Google AdMob's Authorized Buyers and Bidding partners) to operate core app functionality, verify traffic quality, and conduct real-time ad auctions. Data may also be shared as required by law.
8) Data Retention
We retain chat data for a maximum of 4 days. Other data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the app and for legitimate business purposes (e.g., security, troubleshooting), or as required by law.
9) Your Choices
- Notifications: You can turn notifications on or off in the app’s settings or your device’s system settings.
- Advertising ID: You can reset or delete your AAID in Android settings as described above.

10) Children’s Privacy
This app is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11) Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
12) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted in the app or on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
